As a birth doula, I offer continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during labor and delivery. My role is to support you—providing reassurance, perspective, and comfort techniques like massage, positioning, and relaxation strategies to help you move through labor with confidence.
I also help facilitate communication between you and your care team, ensuring you have the information you need to make choices that feel right for you and your family.
I work independently and am here to support you—not your provider or place of birth. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout your birth experience.
As a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), I offer compassionate, evidence-based support to parents navigating infant feeding. Whether you’re just beginning your breastfeeding journey, experiencing challenges, or simply need reassurance, I’m here to help.
Lactation support is available informally during playgroups and also through dedicated one-on-one sessions outside of group time. I’m happy to meet with you to discuss latch issues, milk supply, pumping, bottle-feeding, weaning, or any other questions you may have.
Feeding your baby can bring both joy and uncertainty—I’m here to listen, support, and help you find what works best for you and your baby.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re in need of any kind of lactation support.
